Please note the health and safety guidelines below are subject to change in accordance with latest COVID-19 government advice
- Please bring your own mat and props if needed; we have removed all shared equipment
- We guarantee that all surface areas and floors will be steamed and sanitised before each class
- There will be plenty of hand sanitiser and tissues readily available in the foyer, please sanitise before entering the studio
- Your temperature will be taken to make sure you are below 37.5 degrees. Unfortunately higher temperatures will be refused entry
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class and wait outside, observing the 1.5-2m social distancing guidelines
- Please arrive at the studio in your practise clothing; there are no changing room or shower facilities available currently
- You will enter and leave the studio two at a time (currently 8 maximum capacity in studio in accordance with latest government guidelines) so that there is no crowding in the foyer
- Lockers are no longer in operation but the studio will be locked before classes to protect belongings
- Teachers will no longer give physical or hands-on adjustments during practise
- Studio participants will not be visible to those attending a live stream session
- Face coverings are not essential but can be provided
- Finally, we would encourge you to stay on your mat to aid with social distancing and avoid touching uneccessary objects (eg door handles)
