Forrest Inspired Yoga is a powerful and therapeutic style of Yoga, created by Yoga pioneer, Ana Forrest.
It’s an exciting, empowering, healing and fun, sweaty practice (sometimes).

It’s a continually evolving Yoga system that is built on what works, and importantly, what feels good.
