This is an invitation to completely relax and surrender the mind and body to ancient frequencies of gong and tibetan singing bowls.
Lots of research has been conducted to show beneficial effects sound have on our blood cells, brain, muscles, bones, nervous system and all the systems and tissues within our body.
You will be laying on a Yoga mat and allowing the sounds to wash over your body, wave after wave harmonising and restoring the balance, cleansing and purifying.
Sound Baths can invite you to a deep spiritual journey.

Are there parts of you that feel unacceptable or impossible to love?
Do you sometimes act in ways that you don’t understand?
Do you get angry or irritated by the actions of other people?
In this introductory Forrest Yoga workshop you are invited to gently and safely explore and befriend parts of yourself that are hidden.
Working with our shadow can be challenging but also enlightening and rewarding, leading to greater understanding, authenticity, energy and wholeness.
In this 3-hour workshop we will journey into the psychology of the shadow with shadow work exercises, a look at the collective unconscious, a gentle and opening Forrest Yoga twist class, guided meditation and relaxation.
