Ruth Preston’s yoga journey started as a teenager when at 14 she started going to weekly classes with her mum. Since then she has practiced Iyengar, Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Scaravelli and most recently Ashtanga.
As a teacher Ruth sees her role as being able to share her passion and love for yoga with students and inspire them to find their own path with yoga in a safe and welcoming environment.
Ruth has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and with the Yoga Alliance. She has also undertaken Ashtanga training with John Scott.
