Natalie Coleman has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in the fitness/health industry. This comes across in her informative and creative style of teaching that enables students to learn more about themselves and in turn, begin to understand their yoga practice at a deeper level.
Natalie trained with highly regarded Ashtanga teachers David Swenson and John Scott, and her love of Vinyasa Flow also led her to study with Meghan Currie and Jason Crandell. Natalie gets the best of out her students as she works to encourage a healthy balance between strength and flexibility to ensure that each practice is safe and well rounded, with the intention that everyone’s yoga practice lasts them a lifetime.
