Dawn Abercromby has had an ongoing relationship with yoga for over 30 years. Her interest was intensified six years ago after attending Diane Lee’s Yoga classes which led to Dawn training as a teacher in the first cohort of the Academy for Yoga Training, Bath.
Dawn encourages her students to find space in postures, breath and mind to provide a balance to the demands of 21st Century living. She has a particular interest in Yin Yoga and enjoys bringing elements of this into all her classes.
Experienced at teaching complete beginners to those who want to complement their chosen sport, Dawn likes her classes to be accessible for all ages, abilities and levels of physical fitness and for students to achieve a sense of joy and well-being.
