Dawn has had an ongoing relationship with yoga for over 30 years. Her interest was intensified in 2012 after attending Diane Lee’s Yoga classes which led to Dawn training as a teacher in the first cohort of the Academy for Yoga Training, Bath.

Dawn encourages her students to use breath and awareness in poses to deepen their understanding of and work with their own unique bodies. Her classes balance the demands of 21st Century living both physically and mindfully. She has a particular interest in Yin Yoga and enjoys both teaching Yin and bringing elements of this practice into her other classes.
