Dawn has had an ongoing relationship with yoga for over 30 years. Her interest was intensified six years ago after attending Diane’s Yoga classes which led her to train as a teacher in the first cohort of the Academy for Yoga Training, Bath.
Dawn encourages her students to find space in postures, breath and mind to provide a balance to the demands of 21st Century living. She has a particular interest in Yin Yoga and enjoys bringing elements of this into her classes.
Experienced at teaching all abilities, Dawn likes her classes to be accessible for all ages and levels of physical fitness and inspires a sense of joy and well-being in her students.
