Starting with Pranayama – breathing techniques, moving into some still Yin postures followed by a warm up, Hatha standing postures and working back to Savasana (corpse pose to finish).
A whole body and mind workout to make you feel calm and joyful. A class which everyone will benefit from especially those who wish to find some space, lightness and time away from sitting down and using electrical devices.
