Open to those in the initial stages of Yoga practise or those seeking a gentler Asana practise. Experienced students can also benefit from going back to this level and reconnecting with the basics.
Classes work on a deeper level, introducing more challenging Asanas, for example more intensive postures, inversions and stronger backbends. Students should have a good grounding in Yoga and a variety of Asanas. Not suitable for beginners.
All Levels (Open)
Open to all levels from beginners to the more experienced. The teacher adapts the class according to the students. Beginners will learn from those more experienced students as well as the teacher who will ensure you receive any required attention. However we do recommend that complete beginners attend one or more Beginner classes or a few 1:1 sessions, which will accelerate correct technique and body positioning, before moving on to an All Levels class.
