When we disempower ourselves, we choose to hand our power to other people to help us. From Forrest basics, “tucking the tailbone, telescoping the ribs and expanding the rib cage” to create more freedom in our chest and back, thus allowing us to feel space to choose and change and get our power back! We must know ourselves better than anyone else.
