Welcome presentation, learning materials and e-mail/phone support (if needed) throughout and after the sessions. Guided T.R.E audio recording and closed Facebook group membership following completion of the follow up session.
On this workshop you will be guided and facilitated through two T.R.E sessions with a drinks/snack break and T.R.E talk in between and you will:
- Learn first hand how T.R.E reignites the body’s innate stress/tension release mechanism and experience your body/mind decompressing and growing in resilience.
- Understand the science behind T.R.E and how T.R.E works
- Learn how to confidently manage your home practice.
The follow up session will be another practical session and an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance about home practice.
Who is the T.R.E for?
T.R.E (Tremor Release Exercise) has helped people from all walks of life by teaching them how to safely, comfortably and confidently release the symptoms of stress, tension, and deep anxiety.
The T.R.E is for ANYONE who wants to heal themselves from day to day pressures, without talking about the experiences of trauma or PTSD and the associated, often debilitating symptoms.
What is T.R.E?
T.R.E is a natural physical, “no-talking” practice. It safely and gently releases symptoms of stress, tension anxiety and trauma from the body. Like a massage from the inside out, the process returns the body to a more calm, relaxed and balanced state. TRE initiates the body’s innate physiological release mechanism (tremoring/autonomic movement) in a mindful, controlled and sustained way.
You will learn how to trigger the tremors/autonomic movements through simple exercises, and then lie on a mat in order to allow releasing to happen. You will be safely and expertly guided and facilitated throughout, with adaptations made for your specific needs.
By learning this technique you will peel away the layers of tension held deep in the core muscles of the body. When learnt in a supported environment you will start to change your life as you release the physical, mental and emotional blocks that stop you living your life as fully you would like to. Clients often describe the feeling of letting go through the T.R.E as “liberating” and feel empowered by being able to practice at home for themselves.

In this talk we will explore an ancient Japanese Healing Art. Humble, yet powerful. The so called “healer” is nothing more than a conduit for the healing powers bestowed on us by something so much bigger than our human selves.
