We are delighted to offer you thi, Hips & Heart healing Chocolate Workshop.
During the 2.5 hours, we start with Intention Angel Cards.
Then starting our ascent warming up, opening up and moving into velvety fluidity in the hips, spine and chest opening areas. Finally, finishing in some well earnt, delicious organic, vegan chocolate treats or two...
Chocolate when used in it's purest form releases negative thinking and replenishes healthy energy released during practice.
The room will be warm, but not super hot for the duration, to allow deeper releases, keeping cosey, whilst chilly outside.
This workshop is your opportunity to cultivate the energy you want, the energy you wish to let go of and with a feeling of lightness, love and happiness.

A 3-hour Yin/Yang Yoga Workshop with special emphasis on:
A brief history of Yoga, the Yoga Sutras, Eight Limbs, the Agitated Body, Dharma and Karma explained and Yoga as elitist vs Yoga for everyone!
Then Yin Yang practice winds down with a beautiful descending 'Nyasa Meditation' at the end.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. Clare is one of just 30 teachers per year to train with world leading musculo skeletal Yoga expert Paul Grilley and his wife Suzee in California. For fun, Clare is also studying the history of Yoga culture at Oxford University!

Joe will explain the fundamental biomechanics of handstands beginning with an all round postural warm up, condition and make flexible the muscles recruited whilst upside down!
A number of postures will help you understand the alignment of the posture, where the balance points lie and active biomechanics.
You may also work with props or a partner so you can learn a perfect technique. This workshop will not be suitable for total beginners too...
...but strength is required to hold the pose, so come and challenge yourself mentally and physically and feel amazing!

Yoga workshop for women in the perimenopause and menopause stage.
Join us for this supportive workshop dedicated to women in the perimenopause and menopause phases of their lives.
Studies have demonstrated that Yoga can help with some of the feelings we have at this time such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue and hot flushes.
The workshop will be an enjoyable retreat where you will be guided through Pranayama exercises, cooling Yin Yoga poses, gentle asanas and flow ending with a Yoga Nidra.
The focus will be supporting you in this time of change helping you to feel rejuvenated.
There will be a couple of short breaks within the workshop to re-energise with menopause tea and extra dark chocolate.
